Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $150,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Humane Society of Baltimore County, Inc. for the renovation and capital equipping of the Baltimore County Humane Society, including installation of a new HVAC system, located in Reisterstown; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
