Synopsis:

Establishing the Public Investment Protection Act; stating findings and declarations of the General Assembly; requiring that specified employers receiving specified State subsidies pay wages to employees, as specified; requiring employers to participate in an apprenticeship program, as specified; requiring employers to enter into labor agreements with labor organizations, as specified; requiring the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to publish wage rates, as specified; specifying penalties; etc.
