Synopsis:

Requiring specified State agencies to submit a report concerning a proposed public-private partnership to the State Treasurer and specified committees of the General Assembly not less than 45 days prior to issuing a public notice of solicitation for the public- private partnership; requiring specified State agencies to submit an annual report concerning public-private partnerships that are under consideration to specified committees of the General Assembly; etc.
