Synopsis:

Requiring a property and casualty insurer to disclose to an insured or claimant the applicable limits of coverage in specified insurance agreements regarding the liability of another person to satisfy part or all of a claim or to indemnify or reimburse for payments made to satisfy a claim under specified circumstances; requiring the disclosure of the limits of coverage within 30 days after receipt of a request for disclosure; etc.
