Requiring a continuum model of prevention and intervention programs for disruptive students; setting criteria for funding those programs; authorizing some and requiring some specified disciplinary actions; requiring principals, teachers, and parents to take specified actions; requiring a principal to require restitution under certain circumstances; requiring the State Board of Education to establish guidelines that define a State code of student discipline; etc.
