Football Stadium at Camden Yards - Transfer of Funds and Prohibition

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Stadium Authority to transfer to the State School Construction Program specified net revenues derived from nonfootball events at any football stadium constructed at Camden Yards in Baltimore City; and prohibiting the marketing, offering for sale, or sale of a permanent seat license for any seat at that stadium.
