Establishing that, under specified circumstances, a specified employee or dependent is not entitled to specified compensation or benefits under the workers' compensation law if the proximate cause of an accidental personal injury, compensable hernia, or occupational disease was the effect on the employee of intoxication or a specified drug; etc.
