Establishing a Task Force on Economic Growth and Development in Prince George's County; providing for the composition, chairman, reimbursement, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to examine the nature and scope of economic opportunities in the County and to develop a specified strategic plan; requiring the Task Force to make a specified report on or before July 1, 1997; etc.
