Maternal and Child Health - Lactation Project

Synopsis:

Authorizing an employer to use the designation "family-friendly" in its promotional materials if the employer develops a specified policy supporting the practice of workplace breastfeeding; requiring a specified employer to submit its breastfeeding policy to the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish and administer a maternal and child health lactation demonstration project for specified employees of the Department; etc.
