Synopsis:

Prohibiting the disclosure of personal information from Motor Vehicle Administration records unless it is used by authorized persons for authorized purposes; requiring the Administration to disclose personal information under specified circumstances; prohibiting the person receiving such information from using it in unauthorized ways; authorizing individuals to prohibit the disclosure of specified personal information; prohibiting the use of information disclosed for telephone solicitation; etc.
