Baltimore County - Nuisance Abatement - Community Associations - Standing to Seek Judicial Relief

Synopsis:

Allowing specified community associations to bring specified actions in the circuit court for Baltimore County for relief from specified nuisances located within the boundaries of the County under specified circumstances; requiring specified notices to the County code enforcement agency and to tenants and property owners; requiring the court to make specified determinations concerning a bond under specified circumstances; providing that a political subdivision may not be subject to specified actions; etc.
