Synopsis:

Extending through May 31, 2000, the authority of Baltimore City to establish community benefits districts; requiring the General Assembly to review, every 4 years beginning with the 2000 Regular Session, the desirability of continuing the existence of specified community benefits district management authorities; and providing for the termination, under specified circumstances, of a community benefits district management authority that the General Assembly does not approve.
