Entitled:
Job Creation Tax Credit - Priority Funding Area - Port Land Use Development Zone

Synopsis:

Altering specified criteria for a business entity to qualify for the Job Creation Tax Credit by including a portion of the Port Land Use Development Zone within the definition of "State priority funding area" for purposes of the credit; and providing that the Act applies to all taxable years beginning after December 31, 1998.
