Firefighters and Emergency Medical Personnel - Collective Bargaining Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring firefighter and emergency medical personnel employers and employees participating in collective bargaining to discuss and resolve issues relating to the rights of an employer and an employee when the employee has misdemeanor charges pending, including the right of an employer to suspend the employee without pay prior to adjudication, and the right of an employer to return an employee with pending misdemeanor charges to full duty or return the employee to administrative or reduced duty; etc.
