Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $235,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Somerset County Historical Society, Inc. for the acquisition of the Sarah Martin Done House and for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of Teackle Mansion and the Sarah Martin Done House in Princess Anne; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a certain easement to the Maryland Historical Trust, subject to a matching fund requirement; etc.
