Maryland Port Administration - Report to General Assembly on Funding to Address Vulnerability Concerns

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Port Administration to provide a report to the General Assembly on or before December 1 of each year based on a specified vulnerability assessment provided to the United States Coast Guard under the federal Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002; etc.
