Somerset County - Sale of Portion of Harbaugh Road in Lawson Election District

Synopsis:

Authorizing the County Roads Board of Somerset County to sell a specified portion of Harbaugh Road in the Lawson Election District in Somerset County without public sale and when the property is no longer needed for public purposes; providing a description of the property that is the subject of the sale authorized by the Act; and providing that the County Roads Board may arrange terms, conditions, and amount of consideration for and execute any deeds or instruments necessary to complete any sale made in accordance with the Act.
