Synopsis:

Creating a special fund for subscription and other product revenues of the Division of State Documents; providing for the use of the fund; requiring that the moneys in the fund be invested and the earnings accrued to the General Fund; designating money deposited in the fund as supplemental; prohibiting the unspent balance in the special fund from reverting to the General Fund of the State; etc.
