Task Force to Study Recruitment and Retention Strategies for Public School Teachers in Hard to Staff Public Schools in Maryland

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Recruitment and Retention Strategies for Public School Teachers in Hard to Staff Public Schools in the State; providing for the membership, chair, and staff for the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study specified programs and make specified recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 15, 2005, and June 15, 2006; and providing for the termination of the Act.
