Changing the effective date of Chapter 302 of the Acts of 2004, which
establishes a Special Pay Plan for State employees, from July 1, 2005,
to July 1, 2006; requiring the Maryland Supplemental Retirement Agency
to study issues with regard to special pay plans; requiring the
Maryland Supplemental Retirement Agency to request information from
the Internal Revenue Service; and requiring the Maryland Supplemental
Retirement Agency to report information to the Joint Committee on
Pensions by December 31, 2005.
