Entering the State of Maryland in the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact; specifying the purposes of the Compact; providing for the creation of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission as a body corporate and politic and an instrumentality of the compacting states; establishing a Task Force on the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact; etc.
