Transportation - Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority - Metrorail Expansion and Dedicated Bus Lanes - Study

Synopsis:

Requesting the Governor and the Secretary of Transportation to urge the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to conduct a specified study of the expansion of the Metrorail red line to Olney and the construction of a dedicated bus line in a specified location in Montgomery County; and urging the Governor to direct the Secretary of Transportation to explore securing federal funds for the study of the expansion and for the expansion of the Metrorail red line.
