Authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City or the
governing body of a county or of a municipal corporation to grant, by
law, a tax credit against county or municipal corporation property
taxes for a replacement dwelling purchased by a displaced owner of a
dwelling acquired for public use by eminent domain by the State or a
political subdivision or instrumentality of the State; authorizing the
county or municipal corporation to provide for the amount and duration
of the credit, subject to limitations; etc.
