Vehicle Laws - Speed Monitoring Systems - Radar Cameras

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified law enforcement agencies to mail a citation to the owner of a motor vehicle that is recorded by a speed monitoring system to be in violation of specified laws regarding the operation of a motor vehicle in excess of specified speed limits; providing for the distribution of specified penalties; establishing the Homeland Security Fund to be financed by enforcement of specified speed limit laws and specified additional sources; etc.
