Vehicle Laws - Speed Monitoring Systems - Statewide Authorization and Use in
Highway Work Zones
Authorizing in all counties of the State and in specified highway work
zones the use of speed monitoring systems to enforce highway speed
laws after reasonable public notice and a public hearing; altering to
at least 12 miles per hour above the posted speed limit the speed of a
motor vehicle at which a speed monitoring system will produce a
recorded image of the vehicle; etc.
