Vehicle Laws - Speed Monitoring Systems - Statewide Authorization and Use in Highway Work Zones

Synopsis:

Authorizing in all counties of the State and in specified highway work zones the use of speed monitoring systems to enforce highway speed laws after reasonable public notice and a public hearing; altering to at least 12 miles per hour above the posted speed limit the speed of a motor vehicle at which a speed monitoring system will produce a recorded image of the vehicle; etc.
