Global Warming Solutions - Reductions in Greenhouse Gases

Synopsis:

Expanding the permissible uses of the Maryland Clean Air Fund; requiring the Department of the Environment to develop plans, adopt regulations, and implement programs to reduce greenhouse gas emissions 25% from 2006 levels by 2020; requiring the Department to prepare and publish specified lists of greenhouse gas reduction measures and to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by specified dates; etc.
