State Board of Nursing - Licensing - Licensure by Endorsement - Temporary Limited Licenses

Synopsis:

Establishing a temporary limited license under specified circumstances; authorizing specified applicants for licensure by examination to enter into a remedial study plan agreement; authorizing the State Board of Nursing to waive specified clinical experience requirements under specified circumstances for licensure by endorsement; requiring the Board to report to the General Assembly by December 1, 2012, on the effectiveness of the temporary limited license; etc.
