Cecil County - Employees of Cecil County Treasurer's Office
Establishing that, except for the deputy treasurer, employees of the
Cecil County Treasurer's Office shall be subject to the personnel
policies and procedures governing County employees; providing that the
determination of an employee's qualifications and ability to serve in
a position in the Treasurer's Office shall be at the sole discretion
of the Treasurer; requiring a new employee of the Treasurer's Office
to serve a 6-month probationary period; etc.
