Synopsis
Prohibiting specified entities from taking specified actions regarding organ transplantation and anatomical gifts solely on the basis of an individual's disability; authorizing, under specified circumstances, specified entities to take an individual's disability into account when making specified recommendations or decisions; requiring, except under specified circumstances, specified entities to take specified steps to ensure that an individual with a disability is not denied specified services; etc.
