Synopsis

Altering the composition of the Cox Creek Citizens Oversight Committee; and requiring the Committee to monitor the management of certain dredged material, provide input and feedback to the Maryland Port Administration regarding the management of certain dredged material, make recommendations on the potential impacts of management activity on nearby communities and natural resources, and appoint a member of the Committee to serve as liaison to the Innovative Reuse Committee.
