Synopsis
Transferring from the Criminal Procedure Article to the State Government Article the provisions of law relating to the prohibition on the denial by specified departments of State government of an occupational license to an ex-offender solely on the basis that the applicant has been previously convicted of a crime unless a specified determination is made including the factors to be considered in making the determination.
