Synopsis

Authorizing the use of automated bus obstruction monitoring systems to enforce violations of certain parking-related prohibitions; making statewide the authority of a local jurisdiction to use, in accordance with certain standards and procedures, bus obstruction monitoring systems to enforce certain prohibited acts related to dedicated areas near the edge of roadways; prohibiting a person from stopping, standing, or parking a vehicle in a bus stop zone or a bike lane; and establishing the Workgroup on Curb Space Management.
