Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $125,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Jewish Council for the Aging of Greater Washington, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Ann L. Bronfman Center, located in Montgomery County; prohibiting the use of the loan proceeds or matching funds for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
