Synopsis

Requiring a law enforcement agency to report, beginning October 1, 2021, and every 2 years thereafter, to the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services on certain policies and procedures related to use of force de-escalation training for its law enforcement officers; requiring the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services to analyze the data collected and report to certain committees of the General Assembly by January 1, 2022, and every 2 years thereafter; etc.
