Synopsis
Establishing the Appraisal Gap From Historic Redlining Financial Assistance Program in the Department of Housing and Community Development to make financial assistance available to affordable housing developers working in low-income census tracts in order to help close appraisal gaps that occur in historically redlined neighborhoods; providing for the calculation of the financial assistance as equal to the lesser of 35% of the appraisal gap or 80% of the national median sale price of certain new homes; etc.
