Requiring entities that propose to issue or deliver specified insurance policies or contracts in the State or to administer health benefit programs that provide specified coverage to ensure that, when conducting utilization review for mental health and substance abuse benefits, the criteria and standards used are in compliance with the federal Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act; etc.
