Synopsis

Requiring the State Highway Administration to approve, deny, or return as incomplete an application for the use of a certain speed monitoring system within 90 days after receipt of the application; and providing that if the Administration does not approve, deny, or return the application in accordance with the Act, the application is deemed approved.
