Synopsis

Establishing that a certain person has a lien on a motor vehicle towed or removed from a privately owned parking lot for charges incurred for any towing, recovery, storage, or notice provided under certain circumstances; establishing that the lien created under the Act shall be extinguished if the motor vehicle is reclaimed and the charges giving rise to the lien are paid by certain persons or entities; etc.
