Synopsis
Establishing a certain process for bringing vehicles owned by State residents that are improperly registered in another state into compliance with the Maryland Vehicle Law; granting a person with an improperly registered vehicle 60 days after the issuance of a warning to comply with State registration requirements; providing, if the owner fails to properly register the vehicle, for the assessment of a civil fine of $7 per day for up to 60 days until the vehicle is properly registered; etc.
