Synopsis
Altering the Cybersecurity Investment Incentive Tax Credit program administered by the Department of Commerce to be the Innovation Investment Incentive Tax Credit program; expanding the applicability of the tax credit to include investments in certain technology companies; prohibiting the Department from certifying eligibility for tax credits for investments in a single technology sector in excess of a certain amount during any fiscal year; extending the termination date of the program to June 30, 2025; etc.
