Synopsis

Altering, to remove a requirement that a health care practitioner confirms a pregnancy and to add a requirement that the eligible employee or the employee's spouse or dependent attests to the pregnancy, the circumstances under which certain individuals who become pregnant are eligible for a certain special enrollment period; altering the date on which the special enrollment period for certain individuals who become pregnant begins; etc.
