Synopsis
                                Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $25,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Baltimore County Historical Trust, Inc. and the Board of Education of Baltimore County for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, site improvement, and capital equipping of the Mayes-Burton Barn on the grounds of Hereford High School, located in Baltimore County; providing for the disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a certain requirement; etc.
