Synopsis
Requiring a regulated lobbyist that invites members of a legislative unit of the General Assembly to a meal during the legislative session to file a report with the State Ethics Commission, on or before June 30 of each year, disclosing the name of each member of the legislative unit of the General Assembly who consumed food and beverages at the meal; and specifying the contents of the report.
