Altering the penalties for a person who displays a canceled, revoked, or suspended driver's license, and for a person who violates the prohibition against driving a motor vehicle while the person's driver's license or privilege to drive is suspended for failure to satisfy a motor vehicle judgment, to a fine not exceeding $500 and an assessment of 3 points; etc.
