Synopsis
                                Establishing the Workgroup on Public Water Access; requiring the Workgroup to study and make recommendations regarding certain matters; requiring the Workgroup to submit an interim report and a final report to certain committees of the General Assembly on or before certain dates; requiring the Governor to include in the annual budget bill for fiscal year 2023 an appropriation of $60,000 to the Chesapeake Bay Trust to support the duties of the Workgroup; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
