Requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to establish and maintain the Domestic Violence Offender Registry; requiring a certain person convicted three or more times of a domestically related crime to register with the county sheriff in which the person resides by a certain time; requiring the county sheriff to forward certain registration information to the Department; requiring Registry information to be made public through the Internet, by telephone, by written access, and in person; etc.
