Synopsis

Authorizing the Board of Regents of the University System of Maryland to amend certain policies and procedures governing procurements by the University System in a certain manner; and providing that the University System, Morgan State University, and St. Mary's College of Maryland are not required to submit a contract for capital improvements or services for review by the Board of Public Works if the value of the contract is less than $1,000,000.
