Synopsis
Requiring that, in fiscal years 2022 through 2031, the Governor include in the annual budget bill or the capital budget bill at least $235,000,000 for certain eligible community development programs; providing that, subject to a certain requirement, the Governor's appropriation may include funds required to be appropriated under other provisions of law; and requiring that certain funds are used for certain purposes and distributed in a certain manner.
