Synopsis:Prohibiting a court-ordered services provider from engaging in sexual contact, vaginal intercourse, or a sexual act with an individual ordered by the court, the Division of Parole and Probation, or the Department of Juvenile Services to obtain services while the order is in effect; and applying penalties for violation of the Act of up to 3 years of confinement or a fine not to exceed $3,000 or both.
