Synopsis:Allowing an individual a credit against the State income tax for certain expenses paid or incurred to purchase and install certain lighting systems on certain poultry houses; providing that the credit may not exceed the lesser of $5,000 or the individual's State income tax liability; prohibiting the carrying forward of any unused credit; applying the Act to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2017, but before January 1, 2023; etc.
